These Terms of Service govern the use of the customer support portal operated by CSY & SON S.p.A. (Vicolo San Michele 15, 21100 Varese, VAT IT03264840129) at support.csyeson.it.

The portal is a technical support and after-sales assistance interface. It allows users to submit service requests, spare parts inquiries, technical questions, and to view the status of their own requests through a reserved area.

The portal is not an e-commerce platform and does not constitute a point of sale.

Submitting a request through this portal does not authorize the shipment of any product.

All requests are subject to review and approval by CSY & SON S.p.A. Only after the request has been verified and approved will the user receive a confirmation email containing the shipping instructions.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable requests may be rejected or may require additional information before processing can proceed.

Warranty coverage is subject to documentary and technical verification by CSY & SON S.p.A. and is not automatically granted upon submission of a request.

By using the portal, the user agrees to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Submit only legitimate support requests related to products distributed by CSY & SON S.p.A.
• Not misuse the portal for purposes other than customer support

The reserved area allows users to view the status of their own support requests. Access is granted via a secure, passwordless link sent to the user's email address.

The user is responsible for the security of their email account. CSY & SON S.p.A. is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised email accounts.

All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements of the portal are the property of CSY & SON S.p.A. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of such materials without prior written authorization is prohibited.

CSY & SON S.p.A. endeavors to maintain the portal available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond the company's control.

CSY & SON S.p.A. shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the portal
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user
• Delays in processing requests due to incomplete documentation
• Use of the portal in a manner inconsistent with these Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

CSY & SON S.p.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Varese (Italy), without prejudice to any mandatory forum available to consumers under applicable law.

These Terms are available in Italian and English. The Italian version is the prevailing version. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the language versions, the Italian text shall prevail.
